If you are working on an Oracle cloud implementation and you are responsible to create an implementation user in the application. Create the user with this one role. This role is similar to the System Administrator responsibility in the Oracle E-Business Suite. The user with the ‘IT Security Manager’ role will be able to add any other roles that are required.
